Hello
I am a 30 years old woman and I recently delivered a baby. I got my LFT test done, my sgot level is 28, sgpt is 57 and ggt is 122. Is it serious? How can I reduce my Sgpt and ggt levels?
Thanks

You have recently delivered a baby and the body undergoes lot of transformation which goes on for may be till 6-8 weeks after the baby is delivered. There is an increased pressure on all the organs during pregnancy so some of the parameters could be high
Next Steps
No need of hitting the panic button here. God has given you a beautiful little baby hold the baby and feed the child and enjoy the mother hood because u will not get these moments back as ghe baby is growing every second
Health Tips
Just follow normal lifestyle have all the food what your mother and mother in law will make and feed you. Repeat the LFT and infact a full healthcheck after may be 3-4 months I am sure all the parameters will be in normal range. You have given birth to a healthy child and only a healthy mother can achieve this feat, so don't underestimate your self
These may be signs of fatty liver.you can get an ultrasound abdomen to confirm the stage and dicuss further management.
Early stages can be managed with lifestyle modifications
