Urine report suggests bladder infection. Drink more water for it. Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. For high GGT  more details are needed regarding any symptoms , medicine being taken now or in recent past. Get abdominal ultrasound done to exclude any potential liver or biliary tree issue.
