Last 3 months I have high gastritis and constipation and also last 1 month I severely back left after ribs pain in side I am eat lot of outside food soda water but now I m stop what is my problem I didn't know I think it maybe ulcer please tell me how to natural treated it please help me

Requesting to avoid Areated drinks like soda cola, start eating rich in fibers food.
Eat veg salads.
As well you must go for complete Basti ie Ayurveda enema which would help to maintain your digestion.
Start taking SHATAVARI GHRITAM morning empty stomach 1 teaspoon for gastritis.
Take triphala guggul 2 tablets. Or nityam churna half teaspoon with warm water.

Avoid maida and bakery foods, deep fried foods and junk food. Use fresh fruits and freshly homemade food, use buttermilk, ginger boiled water and take one tea spoon hinguvachaadi churn before food twice a day
