High Fever with Headache. From Last Night I'm having fever. No other symptoms are there. Also I have some cough and cold.

May be you are having flu . Take tab paracetamol 500 mg three time daily for 2 days and cetrizine 10 mg two time daily for 2- 3 days if you are not getting cured then consult a physician nearby
