Hello there.

I can understand your concern.
These days malaria, dengue and chikungunya are on the rise.
As of now you can give her tab. Dolo 650mg thrice a day after food.
Ask her to drink plenty of fluids.
Give her a soft diet.
Consult a general physician in person and get the tests done which he suggests for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
Bangalore.

It is a high time of Dengue and Malaria. Please ask her to take DOLO 650, every six hourly, see physician. Avoid Aspirin and NSAID meds. Also keep up with fluids to avoid dehydration.
