High fever pain
She has high fever of 102 through the night, chest and nasal congestion, cough , and unbearable pain first in the chest area then shifted to the stomach area. She was given meftal and fever did not reduce. She has been crying with unbearable pain

Hello there. Consult a paediatrician ASAP. She might need a course of antibiotics and expectorant. Which can be prescribed only after examining. Regards
