High grade fever not settle
Hello doctor,my daughter is 2 years 10 months old.her weight is 10kg ..from Sunday she is getting fever..102 or 103..after giving meftalp fever not settle down..she is also having cold and cough.. yesterday doctor prescribed antibiotics GUDCEF 100..but fever not coming down..her eyes also get swelling..she is repeatedly complaint of body ache..I am giving medicine meftalp 5ml and Gudcef 100 2.5ml..plzzz doctor plzz answer me why her fever is not settle after giving so medicine..every 6 hourly I am giving meftalp only half an hour fever coming down after that fever getting high..I am also giving her sponging..what to do plz tell me..I am so much stressed..plzz reply me as soon as
