High fever
My son is 18 month old . He is suffering from fever since yesterday evening. He has 100+ range . We have given him paracetamol but fever is coming in every 5hours. He also did little vomiting . What to do now. The last fever we tested is 102.3

How is he when fever is down? If child is active that time. You can give paracetamol every 6 hours and other fluids. If any new symptoms appear or fever doesn't come down in next 2 days, consult properly.
