High fever
My son 3 years 1 month fell ill suddenly as soon as he come from school and noticed sevior vomiting and by evening high fever about 103 is seen... Normal paracetamol didn't not even decrease the temperature... Next day after showing to pediatrician also fever is still the same... As per suggest from dr I'm giving ibugesic and fefanil every 4hrs but still no change in temp. For vomiting also medicine is given but no use ... From 2 days my son is living with only water...

Give ors instead of plain water, if vomiting is persistent kindly again visit physically as patient might required admission Do tepid sponging along with medication
