High Fever
My child has fever, cough and cold. What should I give her? Her temperature is 102. After giving crocin fever has come down.

Hi, I am sorry your child is unwell.It looks like a respiratory infection.Good that she has responded to the crocin.But since its high fever and also cough I would suggest showing your paediatrician immediately.Let him see her lungs to make sure if she requires anything more than antipyretic.If required he would prescribe necessary antibiotics.Take care and hope she feels better soon.
