High fever
Having a fever for more than a week . Sometimes it comes and goes. Fever reaches up to 102 . Patients also have coughs and colds. It is not typhoid  and neither malaria has tested it. Do we have to admit the patient?

No blood  test attachment. He  need tazobactum, clindamycin,  deciphering all by intravenous route. So bestie hospitalization.

Persistent fever for more than a week requires in-depth evaluation. If tropical infections are ruled out, send cultures, check for lymph nodes, admit and start on broad spectrum iv antibiotics.
