High fever for more than a week
My daughter is 5 years old and been having fever for more than a week. Initially she had fever with follicular tonsils due to infection after swimming pool visit. After taking antibiotic, fever reduced in two days. Again fever came after a day from stopping the antibiotic dose. From then on fever didn't stop and it was always high ranging 102° to 104°. Then we had a complete blood test which shown typhoid 1:80 dilution positive with typhi o and h. CRP levels also high. Could this be typhoid?

No,1:80 dilution is negative for typhoid. Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose  motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed, just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by above, consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
