High fever for baby with face rashes
Doctors, my 3yr son suddenly got fever i could see rashes around face forehand neck and nose around like small bumps in pink color. Fever is 102. Provided p250 syrup. Dont i check anything?

Hello. You can watch for fever for 2-3 days and keep giving paracetamol for fever when needed. Flushing in high fever is expected. Make sure to watch for any rashes , drowsiness, less urine output, or any other concern. In these scenarios, get a pediatrician examination for better management

If fever has started today, give p250 as needed Max every 4 hours. If the child is active, playing when there is no fever, passing urine, there is no need to worry. Keep a record of fever. Viral fever can cause this. If fever persists more than 48 hours or child becomes weak and doesn't play, meet a pediatrician for check up and tests
