High fever and Congestion
My daughter has high fever around 103, 104 since 5 days now which comes every 6hours and then we are advised to give paracetamol and ibuprofen alternatively . she has been advised to take nebulisation 2-3 times a day but her fever is still coming , basic blood test doesn't show any bacterial infection . Request to please suggest how to break this fever and make her feel better

Can u please upload the blood investigations if her ESR is high and she is not that sick we have to cautious for immune causes of fever like KD
