High fasting levels
I'm 34 weeks pregnant, my ogtt test at 26 weeks was normal, even after that my fasting sugar has always been 84-87 till 31st week. Last week my fasting was 94 and today it was 103. Will I need medicine or insulin at this stage

In high risk women, a normal GTT at 24-28 weeks can be repeated at 34 weeks. Keep a longer chart of sugar readings- fasting and 1 hr post meals and connect to discuss if any medical management is needed. Also a fetal growth scan will be helpful to assess the baby condition and any complications with fetal growth. An overall picture will be able to guide further management
