High esr and crp
I have esr and crp high.Though cbc is normal.I have swollen lymph nodes but they are also getting better now.Lymph node size has been reduced in one week.Ita now 14mm previously it was 16mm.Plz tell me what tests should i do further to rule out the reason of crp n esr high.Crp is 30 and esr is 60.Rest all tests are normal.

Need further history like which lymph node(look for significans) /any other symptom etc
Cause of lymphadenopathy and raised esr are generally infection/inflammatory diseases

Most common cause of lymphnode swelling in india is TB.
Since crp and esr are inflammatory markers and they are reducing and size of lymphnodes are also decreasing.repeat crp and esr after 4-5 days.

check sputum afb and tuberculine test.
