High Cholesterol

Recently I have done my full body check up.. all reports r ok but my Cholesterol is 260-270 n other perimeters also high.. My BP is normal .. Attaching my test reports of Cholesterol. Although my Cholesterol is high since many years but now I my left full arm looks purffy.. infect whole left side looks like swell..I can feel my left arm less then my right arm. Can u please suggest some medicine for lowering my Cholesterol level n some food related advice much needed.. Thank u 🙏
