  4. High bp problem. At least two month!

Today My bp show 140/100 past i dont have bp problem i have allergy so i use mexiflo 250 inhaler and nasal at least two month

Need to check one or more reading of BP if still comes high need to start anti hypertensive medication after consulting cardiologist. Reduce your salt intake , reduce weight, exercise daily
