High BP from 3 days
Hi, Last 3 days my BP is high. first I check it was 140/100 on Monday, today it is 150/100. First time I experienced this one.. I never had this kind of issue. I am having Butter milk with salt every day.. Please Suggest.

If butter milk with salt drinking is the only change in routine, then it is the cause for variation in blood pressure... even hunger disturbance, heavy body, bowel pattern changes also may be you are experiencing... check once... Butter milk is advised to have only with rice... so the little quantity helps to body... if it is taken in excess quantity it varies many functions of body...it is a fermented product ..so it raises blood pressure and body heat...it is cool to touch only...
