High BP bad headache
My reading of BP was 126/91 and yesterday it was 130/90. I have been having sever headache- all over the skull and temples for the past two days. I also have occasional migraine headache. Hence took the migraine medicine ( naxdom 250mg) in the afternoon, which hasn't helped.

TABLET NEPROSYN 250, TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES.
TABLET CIPLAR40 ONE AT NIGHT TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES.
OR
TABLET SIBELIUM 10mg one at night till headache subside.
