High BP and heart rate is high

My father Blood pressure is 130/90 and heart rate is 108 is there any serious issue why it is happening.

High heart rate ( tachycardia) has many etiologies from anemia , infection, thyroid problems , anxiety etc . You need to consult and get evaluated with ECG and blood tests to find out the cause.

Check frequently ur blood pressure, if persistently high more than 140 /90, needs treatment. Heart around 100 to 120 may be physiological. But if you are having symptoms, take consultation.
