High blood pressure
For the last two months Ive been tracking my bp and it's been high. Around 135 90. It keeps going up too. Diastolic blood pressure has been constantly high.

If your BP rises above 140/90 you will have to start medication after consulting a physician. Till then dietary management, DASH diet, will suffice.

If you have recorded the bp reading atleast for  a week and persistent above 140/90 it's better to start with medications
