High B12 and RBC , Low MCH ...bruises

Hello I have diagnosed with low b12, vitamin D, and folate...I have been taking b12 shots from a longer period of time...now I have cross checked my b12 it is more than 2000...and I got bruise on my arm...my RBC is high and mch is low...is this anything related to leukaemia...I have back bone pain.pleaae suggest .and I also have high cholesterol ..
