High AST and ALT
My AST/SGOT level is 66.3 and ALT/SGPT level is 45.7. I have slight intermittent upper right abdomen pain since 3 months and excessive gas after eating anything. I am also suffering from IBS already. I do not drink (alcohol) or smoke. Are these conditions indicating cirrhosis? (Attaching my LFT report along)

Do USG whole abdomen. Repeat LFT after 2 weeks. You may have gall stones or kidney stones. Your LFT is not indicative of cirrhosis it's USG or CT finding
