Based on the information that you have provided that you are a student and experiencing difficulty with sleep especially difficulty in falling asleep and maintaining sleeps. These symptoms could be related to a sleep disorder such as Insomina. Exam stress and performance anxiety related to your exams could also be related to your sleep problems. Depression and anxiety disorders can also have sleep related problems . Interpersonal, peer related and family related worries can also make one worry and excessive over thinking before falling asleep can also affect sleep. Certain activities such as drinking excessive coffee/tea late evening or indulging in heavy strenuous exercise late night or late night excessive usage of electronic gadgets can also affect sleep quality.
