You need sequential beta HCG values to comment. Instead you can get a USG (Ultrasound) for early pregnancy done to look for location of pregnancy and other parameters

The level seems to be normal. If you do not have any pain/spotting or bleeding PV then at this level you can get a Transvaginal scan done to see for pregnancy location. If you have any of those symptoms then, a single beta hcg level does not provide much information. You can repeat the beta hcg level after 48 hours of the 1st test and see if the rise in level is optimal or not.

Repeat BetaHCG test after 48 hours to see the doubling value which indicates healthy pregnancy.
