First u need to understand that it’s not a preventative medicine. It helps to boost immunity.
Secondly u need to know that medicine is not the only factor that will boost immunity. U need to take balanced diet, sleep on time, no stress, eating ur meals on time etc are some of the factors that influence ur immunity.
Take Ars alb 30 three times a day for 3 consecutive days. Repeat every month.
