Herpes Zoster Pain. How To Get Relief?
My mother is 80 years old and had herpes. It started on the 1st of May'17.Due the antibiotics prescribed and the cream, (Aciclovir Zoster) the herpes got contained to the right hand.It all dried up within one week.But the pain has not gone yet.The pain is still there in the shoulder,the elbow and the palm of the hand especially the thumb.Plz help.

Its called as post herpetic neuralgia
It occurs many a times respond to medical line of treatment special medicines for neuropathic pain at times require special injections like blocking the nerves but treatment exist for this known condition
