Herpes like thing near the lips
it's not for the first time i got this
and it is only near the lips and not anywherre else
I am also having fever and some pain in my body what should I do
I am taking aceclofenac100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg
Also once I had chickenpox I was 12 years old

Stop aceclofenac Take only paracetamol 650 mg when ever you have fever.
Drink water and ORS 3 packets per day
Mix 1 packet in 1 little of water and drink.
If fever persists for more than 3 days then consult

This doesn't seem to be Herpes. Please be on paracetamol, Zinc with Vitamin C, and Tab Cetrizine. You may share another photo after 5 days.
