Herniated disc l4-5
Respected sir I am suffering from herniated disc and Doctor suggested for surgery but I can able to walk 2 to 3 kms , I can climb steps but when I bend and some positions when I was washroom then i'll get pain is there any other treatment other than surgery please suggest me and I will send my MRI report

Hello. . Well since the doctor has already examined you and also have been evaluated and then have suggested you for surgery then it must be required as the first mide of treatment is rest....yiu can postpone the surgery but then it will simply exaggerate your symptoms...you an undergo regular physiotherapy...thank you
