Disc protrusion
Mild posterior disc bulge at L4-L5 level causing ventral thecal sac indentation. Right subarticular disc protrusion at L5-S1 level causing ventral thecal sac indentation, right lateral recess and neural foraminal narrowing with right traversing and exiting nerve roots indentation. Am avoiding lifting weights, bending forward.Doing some exercise which doctor advised.But occasional pain during sitting. Treating doctor says it take 2 months to come out of pain. Please advise if nerve damage may become worse and cause any other compications?

Consult a neurospine specialist, do regular back strengthening exercises, take precautions for your back. Usually your pain should subside within few weeks if you take proper precautions.
