Herniated disc
I have been told that I have herniated disc which resulted due to slipping from stairs . How do I take care of myself ? Is travelling suggested ? Will herniated disc be alright ? Or is it a severe problem ? Generally how long does it take to cure herniated disc ? Does physiotherapy Help ?

Herniated disc unless pressing on nerve root causing radiating pain or weakness or bowel or bladder disturbance will not be a problem. Please do physiotherapy but meet an orthopaedician once before going ahead with it
