Hepatitis b
Hello I am hepatitis b carrier. My lft reports are normal. But my HbV DNA quantitative PCR test report said that viral DNA had 853 IU/ml. Is this needs to be concerned of. I don't take alcohol and cigarettes. My doctor suggested to not to take any medicine so long as the LFT reports are normal. Plz guide me on how to proceed. HbSAg positive HbEAg negative HbEAb also negative sometime positive

No worries. You are symptomatic Hepatitis B virus carrier. No medicines required at present. Kindly do yearly HBV DNA & Hbsag and ultrasound. Six monthly LFT.
