Hepatitis B surface antibody is a protective antibody against a viral infection (Hepatitis B virus). So this is good to have this antibody. This can be either due to Hepatitis B vaccination or if hepatitis B infection had come and your body was able to overcome it and now it's protected. By Hepatitis A positive, I hope you mean hepatitis A antibody positive. If so, hepatitis A antibody may be of 2 types, IgM or IgG. Depending on the type of antibody and clinical situation, the interpretation is going to happen
