Hemorrhoids.
I’ve been having the problem of Hemorrhoids(Piles) for a long time now, it comes & goes every 2 - 3 months.. I have it at present & its hurting very much, it has never been so painful. I started drinking milk & lemon juice mixed together from today advised by my family member.. yet no relief, what can i do? Pls respond.

Hi, For long term benefits, please consult nearest Ayurvedic physician for a personalized treatment. Please try following general treatment for piles Regularly consume following food Buttermilk (very important) Barley Horse gram Amla Cucumber Wheat Rice Try to use western toilet if possible. Avoid heavy, oily, spicy food, stress. Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml + 2 tabs kankayan vati early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine. Abhyarishta 10 ml 30 mins + Triphala guggal 2 tab before lunch and dinner. Triphala ghrit 10 gms with warm milk before bed. Use pilex ointment for external application on hemorrhoids. Hello. There are many stages in piles. You may require an examination. Consult doctor in person. Till that time, drink hot water along with food. Ensure you have no constipation. Do not sit for long hours.
