Hello ,
I am a student and I stay in hostel,so I am not able to get the proper diet regularly.
From last some days (1 week) I am having constipation and I feel that I am also having piles.
Sometimes I too have straining stool which causes pain.
I think hemorrhoids are somehow coming out.
