Hi my mother is in consultation with Rheumatoid Arthritis and these are the results from today's test. Urea and creatinine is up and down. RBC 3.4 haemoglobin 9.8 PCV 30.3 ESR 37 Urea 59 Creatinine 2.2 Uric Acid 5.1 Is this a serious thing to worry doctor. Please help us. She is having Zurig and Nodosis tablets

Hello sir ,she has kidney disease ?? Can be due to pain killer use ,please do usg of abdomen and take a consultation from nephrologist.see a Rheumatologist for drug modification in view of kidney disease

There is significant raised creatinine and urea. Please consult with nephrologist to rule out the cause and management. It may cause Renal failure.

Shar is having chronic renal failure. Urea and creatinine are raised. The cause of this should be ruled out. And proper management be done for CRF.
