Help needed for depression, anxiety...
Hi, For a very long time I have been suffering from depression, anxiety and anger because of all the things I have faced and i have been carrying a baggage with me which i want to let go of and move on in life. Can you please help me?

Hey. Its okay to have baggages. Regular thoughts for a time. But it should be in control and should affect your daily life. If it is do connect to a Psychologist which can help you in overcoming situation and provide a new prospective towards your life.

Hi, You cannot changed the past. you can balance the things that you cannot change with the things that you can change. You have lots of choices in life; focus on those. To move forward positively talk to a Psychologist you will benefit by learning relaxation techniques to cope with anxiety, depression and anger you are feeling. You will be able to identify the triggers, understand and manage your emotions effectively and help you move forward .

Hi It sounds like there is a lot on your mind and there are certain thoughts and feelings that you are keeping inside you. You have been carrying a baggage for a long time and you want to get it off your chest. You don't want to think too much of the past and you want to move on and feel happy. To feel better consult a psychologist and talk about the possible reasons for feeling anxious, depressed, and angry. With a psychologist you can talk about thoughts, feelings, and emotions that are bottled up inside. Therapy is a warm and comfortable space to talk about anything that is bothering you.
