Currently Going through anxiety feeling of living alone not getting interest in anything Currently given 12th board facing problem from past 2 months not getting concentration towards study all problems started before board exam for study now this thing get bigger

Don't worry...try to be in present ...do a breathing exercise....spend time with family, routine small housework....even doing this..if not getting better..consult to a psychiatrist...u will be alright...

Go for motivational counseling and assessment. By the way check if you have anemia, hypothyroidism, pcod or any other medical reasons for the emotional changes. Consult an astute psychiatrist at the earliest. Good luck

Hello vaishnavi. Anxiety and stress can impair concentration and there could be depressive symptoms as well. Do not get distressed, you should seek help as these things can resolve with proper treatment in form of either therapy or medicines or sometimes both.

A certain level of anxiety is normal prior any major events, in your case board examinations. But if the anxiety symptoms are overt and hampering your attention concentration and associated with feeling low most of the day, reduced interest in routine, fatigue, lethargy, worries etc, likely possibility of depression.
