Consult a dentist, get it checked, If the tooth structure is intact at least 1/4th it can be saved. There are many options like inlay, post n core, onlay many more after a root canal. A good dentist might be able to give you various solutions.

I would request to have an x ray first , and need to examine clinically up to what extent the tooth has destructed , there are certain limits to save to tooth , if it's within that limit we can save to tooth by doing Root canal treatment with nice crown on top of it , is it has exceeded the limits then extraction would be the only option , extent of tooth destruction the decision has to be made clinically and with x ray , so you need to visit nearby dentist soon

If your tooth is restorable which can be decided after taking a Xray, root canal therapy can be done followed by a cap/ crown.
If cavities have destroyed your tooth completely extraction followed by implant is the right choice to go for.
