Hello! I have some severe pain!

Hello Sir/Ma'am. Recently i have having mild headaches and pain in my back head side and neck (head joint), round shape joint Jaw side (back) also. I don't know what to do. I can't visit the Doctor right now. And also, my throat has a lump which causes pain and irritation since 2018. And in 2017, I had started having pain and ringing noise in my both ears (mainly right one). Maybe, Tinnitus and also also heavy sharpness to any sound. Hope its not hearing loss. I feel my right ear is somewhat muffled or half closed. I had a little incident that a guys elbow hit my jaw in 2018. Doc isn't able to find out yet whether is fracture or not. Maybe TMJ i guess. Recently, removed my wisdom teeth (right side ones) in Feb 2021. hoping for a quicker reply asap. Thank You!
