Hello I have seen some red spots in throat via camera it's pain me. I think it's ulcer in mouth to stomp he tube. So help me what is this and which medicine can relief from it

You are having some infection in the throat. Although the pictures are good but avoid placing unsterile objects in your mouth. (If it is an endoscopic picture taken by a doctor I take back my words.) taking antibiotics and analgesics along with warm salt water gargling will be useful in treating your symptoms
