I have small lumps or bumps inside back of the mouth( behind soft palate ) from 1 month. I have no pain, sore or rashes. I am eating and drinking comfortably, but after brushing teeth slight amount of blood stain coming out while spitting mucous saliva. I dont smoke, drink and dont chew any tobacco. But i brush my teeth for long time( 30 mins ). Do i have any chances of getting oral cancer ? I am worried..!
