Height issue
Hello sir I am a 17 years old student and going to be 18 in this upcoming March. My height right now is 5 feet 7 inches .Can I grow 2 inches in 2-3 years If I perform hanging exercises regularly and take a proper diet .. Moreover please tell me some exercises as well as things which I should take in my diet everyday

Height increases till 18 years of age. There is no evidence that height increases by hanging exercises. A balanced diet and exercise are very important for health maintenance. Get your vitamin D and vitamin B12 and Hemoglobin tested. If there are deficiencies, they have to be treated and may help in height gain.
