Hi thanks for your question. For height u need more good quality protien like organic ,dairy , plant protien, soya products, fish,egg,chicken milk, good all vegetables & fruits. U can start some stretching ,free hand out door exercises twice in a day. These all are really helpful. U v lot of options for height growing till 18 to 21 years provided the guidance I provided.
