Surgically you can increase your height but I won't recommend you. Don't go for hormone therapy. Physis have fused. Won't work now. Do consult me further for more details.

Hey dear, I can totally understand your concern - for your age and modern day social media influence - teenage kids might have such insecurities and it's become increasingly common these days. And I can see that you have done some research about hormonal supplements as well. But before we talk about solutions let's try to understand the problem here, 5'4 is a good height and given your age you might still have a lot of growth potential left. Constitutional delay is one of the major causes for delayed puberty and kids would eventually gain mean parental height most of the times.
Next Steps
So how about you get a consultation from a physician or an endocrinologist in your locality and let them analyse at what stage of pubertal growth you are and if needed they will order certain investigations to arrive at a diagnosis and thus help you.
Health Tips
Please do not even think of taking hormonal supplements on your own, they have lots of adverse effects. Kindly consult a doctor before self meditating as these are not ordinary medicines.

See, I understand in this era of social media everyone wants to be picture perfect. Instead of focusing on what u don't have, focus on what u have. You can contact a good endocrinologist if  other secondary sexual characters are not developed properly (including beard, underarm hair, chest hair and pubic hair, etc). If there is no other issue, I would suggest a proper diet which is high in proteins, good carbohydrates and essential micronutrients along with proper exercise.
Health Tips
Your height is a great advantage for you to build muscles and look toned. This way you'll feel confident and may overcome your insecurity about height.

Hello. First of all please accept your body for what it is. It has been with you since birth and you have one body for all your lifetime. It's helping you handle all ups and downs. 5'4 is good height. And you might still grow taller. For general health supplements, try taking high protein diet with grams, rajma, soyabean, paneer. That will make better your overall physique. Please don't look for hormone supplements. Your physique doesn't need that and hormonal supplements are not side effect free.
Next Steps
If you still want to opt for any therapy, please contact a local physician for thorough workup before any hormonal therapy.
