Wat should be the height and weight of 3yr old child ?? Are ther any calcium nd vitamins medicines given to child at this age ???

If you take height and weight of a girl/boy, their parameters are compared firstly with previous height and weight and then with those of 100 boys or girls their age on a growth chart.
So if a child all their infancy was bigger than only 25% of children then we would hope they continue to track along that line. Where if they were bigger than 75% earlier and now on 25% line it would be abnormal
