Heavyness and pain in ear

I have a pain in ear from last 2 months ,and ear feels like heavy ness,very less hearing loss, and running nose and sore throat from 5-6 days

Adenioids is this age is little uncommon.. needs a biopsy to rule out other pathology Ear heaviness is because of the adenoids.. Kindly do the biopsy and. Needs further evaluation in person.
