Heavy stomach, Acidity, Yellow stool
Its been 10 days i am facing issues with stomach. I feel heavy head and stomach. Some kind of load on eyes too resulting which unable to focus. I went through LFT which says slight increase in SGPT/SGOT. I am a non alcoholic/Non veg man. Please help me

It's due to Acute Gastritis and fatty liver.
It may happen in veg/ non alcoholic person too, depending on food and bowel habit.
Next Steps
kindly take antacids, anti spasmodic.
You should avoid spicy/oily /heavy meals.
Drink lukewarm water regularly.
