Heavy Runny nose, slight cough
My 2 year old son has heavy runny nose, mild cough and warm body. Tears roll down his eyes because of runny nose. Not given any medicine till now. Difficulty in sleeping. Please suggest weight 10 kgs

Its looks like viral cause....so give paracetamol syp for fever and cetirizine syp 2.5ml two times for runny nose for 7 days... Give vegetable soup and lukewarm water to drink... Give home remedy for mild dry cough....

Give syp.maxtra 2.5 ml two times a day for five days Nasomist nose drops 3 to 4 drops in each nostril SOS if nose block,can be repeated after 3 to 4 hrs if needed

Hi! For cold give child Syp maxtra 2.5 ml twice daily for 3-5 days Keep checking his temperature if above 99.5 then give Syp p-125, 5 ml can be given 6th hourly. Encourage plenty of oral liquids
